During our initial meeting we will begin by discussing the client’s ideas, goals and timeline. We will explore with the client examples of their existing designs and any inspiration they have come across. Sometimes a client has a design concept in mind, while other times they are completely open to new ideas. After all this information is collected, SaltWater Digital will present a first round of designs. Once the client has agreed on a direction they would like to take, they will have up to three rounds of design iterations. If the client would still like to see extra concepts after this process is completed, additional paid services can be provided according to their needs.

The length of the design process depends on the scope and budget of the project. However, we will work with a client to come up with a reasonable timeframe for the project.

When the project is fully completed and paid for, the client owns and controls all assets, photos and designs.

We value clear and open communication with clients throughout the design process. We encourage clients to bring their vision to the table, such as preferred colour combinations, or any other inspiration. Once the first round of designs are presented, we work with the client’s feedback to execute their vision to the best of our abilities. Once the project is ready for publication, approved by the client and paid for, all the files of the project will be provided to the client.
