Our Proven Ads Management Process
1. Market Assessment and Keyword Research
Every Google Ads campaign begins with an initial planning session. During this meeting, we’ll examine your target market in detail, considering factors such as location, age, and gender, and clarify your cost-per-acquisition goals.
Following this, we will conduct keyword research to identify effective keywords and establish competitive bids.
Account Setup & Configuration
We will either establish a new Google Ads account or enhance your existing account based on best practices. In some cases, we may suggest that you create your own account to take advantage of promotions, such as the $600 ad credit for new advertisers.
We will ensure that Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are correctly configured, along with the necessary conversion tracking for your key performance indicators. Depending on the features of your website, the setup can be intricate.
Our team will create ads and configure extensions, including call, structured snippets, sitelinks, images, and callout extensions. If advanced verification is needed, we will assist with that as well. You will have full access to your Google Ads account. If any agency withholds access, it’s a sign to reconsider.
On-Going Campaign Optimization
This is where we provide significant value. Your account manager will regularly analyze data—sometimes on a daily basis—removing ineffective search terms and promoting those that are likely to convert effectively.
We will also test various ad copies, keyword strategies, and landing pages as needed to ensure that you receive high-quality clicks at competitive prices, leading to improved conversion rates.
Reporting
You can expect your first report within 3 to 4 weeks of launching your campaign, followed by bi-monthly updates unless we agree on a different schedule. Our reports are concise and focused on essential information that allows you to make informed decisions. You won’t receive lengthy documents filled with unnecessary statistics—our focus is on conversions and return on investment (ROI).
You can always reach out to your Google Ads account manager between reports for any feedback or questions related to your advertising needs.
